<Solved> - Edit the subject line but not delete messages

Howdy Y'all

Is it possible to allow a user to open another user's inbox and edit the subject line but not give them the ability to delete the other user's emails?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts/advice.

In a word... No.

With an approved add-in that was running under the end-users id, it might be possible but then it probably wouldn't be an approved add-in. :-)

Hi,

Try if this folder permission level works for your request:

My colleague gave me the permission of his Inbox as above, I could edit the subject of an email but was unable to delete any emails in the Inbox.

Yes Exactly as Melon reply, you can do that by grant folder permission to user on your inbox folder but keep in mind this only working with the Inbox folder there's no way to work with any other folders r sub folders...
